World-Class Skydiving in Ohio
Start Skydiving is family owned and operated by second-gen skydivers and military vets – we don’t do anything half-heartedly. Our respect for the industry, passion for advancing the sport, and commitment to excellence motivated us to create a dream-come-true dropzone in the heart of our home state.
Whether you’re new to the area or just passing through, welcome!

Aircraft
We own two Cessna Caravans, one long and one short, and a speedy Cessna 206 for clear-and-pulls. We occasionally have specialty aircraft flying on certain summer days. We’ve proudly hosted: Super King Airs, Beech 99s, Super Twin Otters, Skyvans, Sherpas, Casas, Caribous, biplanes, helicopters, and hot air balloons!
Patriot One
Cessna 208B Caravan | Tail Number N208HF
Patriot One is the flagship of our fleet. Powered by a 675 hp Pratt Whitney turbine engine and capable of flying cross country, this skydiving aircraft has the latest in avionics and has the ability to carry 14 skydivers to 14,000 feet.
Patriot One has flown over the City of Philadelphia where the team landed in front of Independence Hall. It routinely participates on humanitarian missions carrying wounded warriors and their families across America.
Lady Liberty
Cessna 208 Grand Caravan | Tail Number N9529G
Lady Liberty is powered by a 870 hp Pratt Whitney turbine engine. She can fly cross country, carry 18 skydivers per load, and make 10 more loads every day with our Blackhawk XP140-powered turbine engine. Climb times are greatly reduced to a mere 12 minutes!
Lady Liberty has flown over New York City and was given her name after the jump performed over the Statue of Liberty. Lady Liberty has also flown on several humanitarian missions to Haiti after the massive earthquake delivering much needed medical supplies.
Freedom
Cessna 206 | Tail Number N442SS
Freedom is powered by a 285 hp Continental engine. She is capable of flying cross country and can carry five skydivers to 10,000 feet.
